Rudy did a great job of showing us around Panama, for two days. We can't
recommend Rudys Tours enough. He's standing in front of one of the many
buildings that are being restored in the amazing Casco Viejo in Panama.
This whole area is being restored from ruinous slum to high-end age-old
elite properties. The facades have to remain intact. This building has
been demolished all except for the front of the building.

The beetles are huge in Panama. We actually came across a real live stag
beetle, that was stranded on its back. It was about the same size as the
beetle in the photo. We helped it back on its feet.
Irena At The Panama Canal

Irena at one of the locks at the Panama Canal. We took a long weekend at
the Intercontinental Spa in Panama. Very nice n very humid.
