I stumbled upon this old video from our trip to Skegness Beach in April, 2006. It was the year after I met Irena and our first trip together to the UK. I showed her my home-town, and the best beach in England. It didn't go so well. Blustery and bleedin' miserable weather. But she held up.
Sasha's pretty big for her age at 3 1/2. Vicki is almost as tall and is 15 months younger. Consequently, she's kinda outgrown her bed. But she did not appreciate me breaking her bed down. I teased her a little in this video, and she gave me a cute coy look at the end of the video. An insight into the future.
Very happy! I got accepted onto a Harvard Business School executive course in February. A one week intensive entitled 'Launching New Ventures.' I've always wondered what it would be like to study at a top tier Ivy League School, but now I can't possibly justify taking a year or two off, even if I could get in. So this course fits perfectly, just after iDate Miami.
I'd love to do this course on Strategic Innovation, and this course on Media Psychology. Time will tell. Right now business is great, and clients own my time and attention.
We spent 6 months in Malta without a car. Today we picked up a shiny new ride for pottering around Malta and for our 'date nights.' We like to go out a couple of times a week for date nights to different restaurants in Malta, usually in St Julians and Valletta. Now we have a fun way of getting there and back, and discovering the rest of the islands. The Honda RC30 (the race version of the VFR750) with it's single side swing arm was my dream bike when I was 18. Now, 21 years later, we picked up a VFR800. It rides like a dream, and is one of the best reviewed all-rounder bikes ever produced.
