That's the idea behind OmniDate, a Toronto-based free online service where couples have virtual dates before meeting in person. "It allows you to get to know someone without incurring the expense of getting dressed up and driving all the way to met this person who may or may not have anything in common with you", said Igor Kotlyar, president of OmniDate.
