BETABEAT - Feb 5 - This year’s Singles in America study, released by Match.com, showed that singles are more likely to get a date online than any other way. 31% of respondents' first dates stemmed from an online connection. Friend-of-a-friend connections accounted for 25% of first dates. Meeting through work came in third place (8%), while meeting at a bar came in last with 6%.
