Researchers at Emory University found, for example, that reading 'Having a Bad Day' vs 'Having a Rough Day' activated sensory areas of the brain. In short, the brain believed the metaphor and connected with it more. So use metaphors and that will impact and effect, and probably convert your traffic more effectively.
