This mall near Xintiandi in the French Concession has hundreds of electronics stores. I'm offered "Take a look, check price" as I make my way through the mall. I picked up a USB headset and a Logitech rollerball mouse. Two different stores, the same super-swift service..along with a quick haggle on price. Even though both salespeople didn't have specifically what I wanted, each time they disappeared into the distance and magically returned within 3 minutes with the specific item I was looking for.
