"A friend of mine is doing the 100k marathon across the Sahara desert in aid
of the help the heros...thats basically any fallen or injured british
soldiers, husbands, brothers, sisters, wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, son,
daughters...that have been killed or injured in the on going events in Iraq
or Afghanistan. Its is a charity set up in place to help the injured back
on thier feet, to give them the bes quality care that they can get, it is
also there to help the families with thier loss of loved ones, not through
cash payouts but through help and support.
My friends aim is not high but it is achievable..his target it £3,000 to
