PR WEB -- July 29 -- Psychologist and bestselling relationship doctor Kevin Leman has developed a wholesome online dating service just for Christians called MatchWise.com. It focuses its members on finding a lifelong mate, and for all the right reasons, not just a date or a fling and it allows no inappropriate or sexual content.
Mark Brooks: eHarmony is distancing itself from it's Christian moniker that spurred it's initial growth. Matchwise is itching to fill the void. Other sites like Christian Café and Christian Mingle also do a nice job.
Dear Mr. Brooks:
It would be great if you could interview the CEO.
Key points:
At http://www.matchwise.com/mw/dali/why_this_works.html
they say "We've discovered that successful marital relationships are usually between people of opposite birth orders. Birth order influences the way we relate to others—especially those of the opposite sex. The MatchWise system is the only Christian dating service that takes this into consideration. Our patent-pending system considers birth order and 30 other life dynamics to help Christian singles connect with each other for all the right reasons."
Personality Compatibility Test: If it is a personality matching method, how does it work? (Uses MBTI, DISC, Big-5, Big-7, 16PF5, other). As they say “30 other life dynamics to help Christian singles connect with each other for all the right reasons” it seems that they are using Big-5
Has Dr. Leman published his results / clinical research in a scientific journal or only wrote books? Are there any other studies that could substantiate that "successful marital relationships are usually between people of opposite birth orders".
What happens if two twin-sisters try to date the same man? (How birth-order will play?)
Why separated persons are excluded? (Why not to give a second chance?)
Why U.S. Citizens Only (prevents foreign inquiries or the method will work for U.S. Citizens Only )?
They promote "View Personality Test Results of Others" feature: Why this is an advantage?
