NY DAILY NEWS -- Oct 15 -- Of the 97 million Americans 45 and older, almost 40% are single. Match.com reports that senior online dating membership has grown more than 340% since 2000.  Yahoo Personals went from 767,000 to 1,072,000 uniques in July 200 to July 2005 (Nielsen//Netratings).
