BIZ REPORT -- Aug 30 -- Alipay, a subsidiary of Alibaba, one of China's largest Internet companies with over 47 million users in Mainland China, launched a new service this week that, for the first time, will allow Chinese online shoppers to purchase products from outside China. Alipay, with a current average daily transaction volume of over $19.8 million, intends to have 100 foreign partners and an international volume of around $105 million a month before the end of 2007.
