THE EYEOPENER -- Oct 3 -- Lavalife Inc. is interested in Ryerson professor Hossein Rahnama's "Mobile Matchmaker" technology. The invention lets users create a profile on their cellphone and search for potential mates within a 15-metre radius. Once a match is detected, the user can initiate a live chat. There is no release date and other investors and electronics distributor Jumbo Mobile have also contacted him.
