Great news.
What are thoughts on motivation for this - primarily the dating or cam areas of their business?

I wonder whether they will discontinue the affiliate program or not.
Last time when One and Only bought by Match.com, they discontinue it and merged it under Match.com ... so sad. I lost all the recurring income.

Is only AFF sold or all of Various' internet sites?

They've bought all of the sites held by Various Inc. I would suspect that the major interest was in the Cams.com site so it'll be interesting to see what happens with the non-core sites that Various have and whether they're retaining much staff.
