"The company also has a partnership in Latin America with Microsoft Corp's"

"Match.com will expand its ties to Terra"
Nothing will change.
How many subscribers of Match are from Latin America?
I estimate the Latin America Online Dating Market as USD 100 Million, but Latin Americans has been using Match and other online dating sites for free since .... circa 1998.
Latin Americans will only pay for a high quality service.
