Imagine what would happen if AM and Infidelity.com tried to start an office in Saudi Arabia? It just wouldn't happen. An extreme view is taken upon adulterers in the Arab culture. What's happening to the Western world? The institution of marriage is crumbling. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Do we need marriage any more? I believe in the rights of individuals to choose. (I choose no and yes, incidentally)

I think governments should allow individuals the freedom to choose their modes of relationship. I hope that cultures continue to reinforce the values of openness and freedom while instilling the importance of being honest.

In some ways AM and Infidelity.com are useful for the dating industry. The people who are looking for 'discrete relationships' have a place now. Which means that the dating sites that target the monogamous can deliver on their promise of helping singles meet singles more effectively.

What makes human kind so dynamic is our curiosity and desire to continually evolve our way of thinking, our way of being and our way of acting. Who would have imagined 40 years ago that the United States would elect a person of color as their President; who would have anticipated that allowing woman the right to terminate unwanted pregnancies would ultimately lead to reduced crime rates; and who would believe that a service like AshleyMadison.com not only allows pure singles dating services a better preserve their true calling, but also saves marriages by allowing unsatisfied partners the ability to seek physical and emotional intimacy that may be absent in their current relationships.

Entrepreneurs are often at the forefront of society wants/needs/demands. The institution of marriage is clearly suffering from rising divorce rates, later in life coupling and according to The National Science Foundation, greater rates of infidelity. Perhaps the era of monogamy is about to set...who knows, but i will be sure to let you know.
