But how can you compare August to January? August is smack in the middle of summer when many people are on vacation or at the beach. January is traditionally the best month of the year, when people make New Year Resolutions to find love.
You should compare apples to apples.

I'd also want to know how much seasonality you normally see so we can fade out the traditional trending. However, the press want to see how much business rose since September, since the recession really hit.
