PRESS RELEASE - Oct 29 - Flirtomatic, a social mobile service used by 18–30 year olds, has achieved 70% conversion rate using GetJar’s Pay-Per-Download (PPD) solution. Flirtomatic had one million downloads and the growth has been impressive for Flirtomatic's new Android app, which was launched in June of 2010. During that month, GetJar managed 12% of all downloads for the Android app and in July, GetJar generated 19% of all downloads. The Pay-Per-Download (PPD) in-store advertising platform lets publishers bid for premium catalogue placement per download in GetJar’s store and distribution channels, to set their own maximum daily budgets, and insures they pay only when consumers successfully download the advertised app.
