WSJ - Dec 2 - Barry Diller is stepping aside as CEO of IAC/InteractiveCorp. as fellow media mogul John Malone agreed to an asset swap that leaves Mr. Diller as IAC's biggest shareholder. Mr. Diller is turning over the CEO job to Greg Blatt, who has been the head of Match.com. Mr. Diller will remain IAC's chairman. Mr. Blatt started running Match.com in Feb '09. FULL ARTICLE @ WSJ
