OPW - Apr 28 - SB 488, the Texas bill that requires online dating services clearly disclose whether they conduct criminal background checks and the parameters of those background checks, is on its way to the governnor for approval. If he signs it is law. That makes Online Dating use background Checks. It's a harsh Bill.

What's even nastier is the pending New York Bill.....which demands Triple Damages for sites that don't comply.
