The "SPIN Kodex" defines clear rules related to cancellations policy, recurring payments and privacy issues. All parties must take all necessary measures to prevent fraudulent or criminal misuse of their platforms by third parties.

If they would had certified ISO9001:2008 like Shaadi they would had no need to invent SPIN.

Also they did not invent the name "SPIN", but impertinently took it from a large free german competitor http://www.spin.de who already holds this brand for about 15 years.
