SKY - Nov 5 - SuccessfulMatch, the parent company of Positive Singles, is ordered to pay $16.5M in damages for displaying members' images on other sites. A lawsuit alleged that the plaintiff - known only as John Doe - and other members of Positive Singles were misled about their privacy when they joined the site. A jury agreed with Mr Doe's claim, and ordered the dating company to pay $1.5M in compensation to him, plus $15M in punitive damages.
