OPW - Jan 11 - In an open letter to its members, Grant Langston, CEO of eHarmony, announced more new changes to their communication system that will be coming this month. He admitted that eHarmony's communication platform was too old and could not keep up with mobile expectations. Kudos to Grant for listening to eHarmony's users, and making some big changes.
