Tantan Matches Users With Blurred Photos

Tantan flat chat featureABACUS NEWS - Nov 26 - Chinese Tantan has introduced a new feature called "Flash Chat" that matches people who are active. Their profile pictures are blurred out for the first 20 messages. Tantan now claims ~3M users.
