HINDUSTAN TIMES - On its Developer Support page, Apple lists that it complies with the new rules set by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). Hence, it will allow dating app developers in the Netherlands to have their own payment systems in place. However, Apple will continue to earn commissions on every transaction made via these third-party payment systems.
