chat for three minutes over dinner, exchanging just 150 words, a new
British study has found. Before marriage, all loved-up pairs excitedly
talk about careers, friends, music, babies - for an average of 50
minutes in every 60. But once the knot is tied, Brit couples go down to
40 minutes an hour, which will almost halve to 21 minutes after 20
years and drop again to 16 minutes after 30 years, reports The Daily
Express. And according to the survey of 500 British couples by casual

TIMES ONLINE - Oct 29 - Forget Dinner is one of three dating sites — the others are called Marital Affair and Simply Adult — that describe themselves as for broad-minded adults wanting “fun” to meet. Almost all members are married and say that they are not getting enough excitement at home and feel that time is running out. “If you go through your forties without having an affair or even getting close, that’s extraordinary,” says Susanna Abse, a clinical psychotherapist. 115,200 divorces were granted in the UK in 2008. Adulterous behaviour accounted for 29% of all cases. 24% of married men, asked if they would cheat on their partner if there were no possibility of being found out, said yes and only 9% of married women said that they would consider an affair. 'Although we are aimed at singles, there are almost certainly married people using Forget Dinner to facilitate affairs right now,' he says. Andy Felton is cashing in on infidelity. He developed Your-Spy.co.uk, a computer software programme that monitors your spouse's email and internet activity once downloaded discreetly onto their computer or laptop. 'Research we've conducted with almost 600 office workers across the UK reveals that, with concerns over money and job security, people are more likely to engage in illicit affairs right now than ever before,' says Felton.
