HUH MAGAZINE - Sep 9 - Wakie is a new Android app (iOS currently waiting to be approved) which combines Tinder with the traditional alarm clock. When it's time to wake up, a user will get called by a random person of the opposite gender, who he/she can then talk to for up to 1 minute. Users sign up and enter their phone number and gender. They also select whether they are a "sleepyhead" or "wakies". No phone numbers are shared, unless they both hit it off and they choose to. It's a big hit in Russia, with 1.5M users placing 30M wake-up calls.
